Ocean Oasis Phuket — a new condominium in Phuket Town
Ocean Oasis Phuket (โอเชี่ยน โอเอซิส ภูเก็ต) is a residential complex in Tambon Ratsada, Mueang district — Phuket Town, the island's capital. It is developed by Ocean Property Co., Ltd., a Bangkok developer active since 1989. The environmental review is done: EIA report 256906-22 was approved on 1 October 2026.
The project's slogan is «City life. Resort vibes.»: work, schools, hospitals and markets close by, a resort feel at home. The developer's render shows bright blocks with a rooftop garden and landscaped grounds. Ocean Property markets the complex as pet-friendly, which is rare for a Phuket condo.
Prices start from ฿1.69M — one of the most affordable ways into a new build on the island. According to agents, the building has 8 floors and 1-bedroom units of about 30 m². The developer has not published these figures yet; we will check them and send the official plans.
Ocean Property has built in the same tambon before: its Ocean Town Muang–Ratsada townhouse estate (187 homes on 20 rai) sold ฿250M in the first two months after its 2019 launch. Ocean Oasis is the company's first condominium in Phuket.
